Drum circles have a long tradition in many different cultures. There have been proven health benefits to drumming, including a sense of community, decrease in stress, and improved immunity.

Shirley McClure will lead drummers of all levels. There is no such thing as making a “wrong” sound, so don’t be shy. Please join us. Instruments are provided, if you do not have a drum. We will play in the parking lot of Seahorse Brewing on Palmetto Ave., between San Jose and Santa Rosa. (If you plan to grab a bevy or lunch at the Seahorse, you may park in the lot!) There will be pop-up vendors to check out along Palmetto!
