Mindfulness After School Series

Spring Smith will lead skills-based mindfulness course for K-12th grad students. The goals of the course are to teach mindfulness and coping skills to youth that will support them in successfully navigating the challenges of day-to-day life. It runs for 4 sessions, from September 17th-26th and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm. Cost is $125. Contact Spring Smith at 415-902-6472 or springcmt@yahoo.com
