Our society often discourages the expression of sadness, though this is a very common emotion. In this free, monthly group, we want to provide a space for people to allow their grief to come up to the surface. Sometimes just being in the company of others who have also suffered the loss of a loved one is enough. If you feel guided, you can sing, show your art, or read poetry etc. We are looking to give you additional opportunities to heal in YOUR creative way. This is not mandatory, it is just a new way to share if it appeals to you. We support everyone where they are in their grief. There is no pressure to participate. A candle is recommended for our closing go around although it is not necessary. Kari Majewski moderates this group, which will be meeting via zoom.
